New Vallejo primers in white, grey and black aerosols and brush-friendly variants.

Last night was mostly given over to a big tidying session in the study here at BfK HQ in readiness for the arrival of Bank Holiday weekend visitors. To relieve the monotony of dusting, tidying and reshelving many books and magazines I allowed myself some Web surfing breaks (shhh, don’t tell SWMBO). Along the way I discovered two tidbits of Vallejo news.

Firstly, the company set up a brand new blog that shares all sorts of modelling and painting tips and techniques. Obviously this intended to promote Vallejo products but it also provides a lot of interesting reading material for painters and modellers.

Secondly, Vallejo has launched a new range of acrylic primers in white, grey and black. These are available as aerosols or conventional paints suitable for use with normal paintbrushes and airbrushes. I think I may have to try these. If anybody already has used them, let me know what they’re like.
