Psst… Wanna buy a book?

Posted by Martin on January 17, 2008

I’ve been fiddling around with one those Amazon Associates accounts half-heartedly for a year or two without ever doing the job properly. But that’s all going to change now after I saw how a friend had used new(ish) features there to set up an online bookshop. So I’ve taken the plunge and set up my own: the Befreiungskriege 1813-14 Bookshop.

Please don’t take this the wrong way but if you’re planning on purchasing a Napoleonic book from Amazon, please consider doing so via my little bookshop. After all, it won’t cost you any more but I’ll get a small slice of the action from Amazon to fund my paint addiction.

Oh yeah – it’s very much a work in progress, so if you can think of any books I ought to include, please let me know.

You know when we started this blog we trusted that you’d be handling reconaissance from now on. We may have to reassign Fusilier Haldezos to that task ;-).

I don’t know whether this is useful to you, but this bloke has an interesting list linked to Amazon :

Eeeeek. Martin may sometimes be remiss in his duties but he does have the virtue of being in close contact with, and the ‘net mouthpiece of Calpe Miniatures. Plus he does update his blog reasonably often unlike some other slackers out there!

    Salute
von Peter himself, working on an update to his site … honest!
